Privacy policy: online survey on the city model

This online survey is being conducted by the Office for Urban Planning and Mobility of the City of Dresden. The suggestions are intended to help keep the city model up to date.

Participation in this survey is voluntary. You will not suffer any disadvantages if you do not participate. The questionnaire asks for more detailed information about yourself. You will be asked for your age, the district, town or country in which you live. Other personal data such as name, address, telephone number or email address are not requested.

All the data surveyed is stored and processed in a database. It is not possible to assign this data to you personally. The data will be stored for as long as is necessary to conduct and analyse the survey. Your data will be deleted no later than two years after completion of this process.

The individual data will not be passed on to other third parties.

As the survey takes place on the Saxon Participation Portal, the data protection provisions of the Saxon Participation Portal also apply. You can find them here.

The processing of personal data takes place with your consent. In accordance with Art. 13 para. 2 GDPR, you are informed of the following rights:

• You cannot be forced or coerced to continue to give consent.
• You can revoke your consent at any time. After revocation your data will be deleted.
• You have the following rights vis-à-vis the City of Dresden or the competent authority: the right of access under Art. 15 EU GDPR, the right to rectification of inaccurate data under Art. 16 EU GDPR, the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) under Art. 17 EU GDPR and the right to restriction of processing under Art. 18 EU GDPR.
• You have the right to lodge a complaint against the processing of your personal data with the supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 EU GDPR
