Privacy policy: online survey on the redesign of Louisenstraße

This online survey is being conducted by the Office for Urban Planning and Mobility of the City of Dresden. In the survey, the Office would like to ask all Dresden residents and other interested parties about the design of Louisenstraße in Äußere Neustadt. The data is to serve as the basis for further planning processes to create a liveable, climate-adapted design for this lively residential and commercial street.

Participation in this survey is voluntary. You will not suffer any disadvantages if you do not participate. The questionnaire asks for more detailed information about yourself. Your age, gender, the neighbourhood in which you live and your connection to the project area are requested. Other personal data such as name, address, telephone number or email address are not requested.

All the data surveyed is stored and processed in a database. It is not possible to assign this data to you personally. The data will be stored for as long as is necessary to conduct and analyse the survey. Your data will be deleted no later than two years after completion of this process.

The individual data will only be disclosed to the offices of “Rehwaldt Landschaftsarchitekten” (Dresden) and “SHP Ingenieure” (Hannover) for technical support in the planning process; it will not be passed on to other third parties.

The processing of personal data takes place with your consent. In accordance with Art. 13 para. 2 GDPR, you are informed of the following rights:

• You cannot be forced or coerced to continue to give consent.
• You can revoke your consent at any time. After revocation your data will be deleted.
• You have the following rights vis-à-vis the City of Dresden or the competent authority: the right of access under Art. 15 EU GDPR, the right to rectification of inaccurate data under Art. 16 EU GDPR, the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) under Art. 17 EU GDPR and the right to restriction of processing under Art. 18 EU GDPR.
• You have the right to lodge a complaint against the processing of your personal data with the supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 EU GDPR
