The following information must be provided to you in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679) if personal data is collected:

- Purpose and legal basis of the data processing
The programme "ElternChanceN - Mit Elternbegleitung Familien stärken" is funded by ESF-Plus. The processing of personal data is necessary in order to be able to develop needs-based services for families in the county of Mittelsachsen. Participation in the survey is voluntary.
Your data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a), Article 9(2)(a) GDPR in conjunction with §§ 2(2)(2), 16 and 61 et seq. SGB VIII as well as §§ 67 ff. Sozialgesetzbuch Zehntes Buch (SGB X).
Personal data processed by us may include: postcode, age, employment, refugee/migration background, marital status, number of children and their ages.
In addition, processing of the data can include statistical purposes, scientific or historical research purposes. In this case, your data will be anonymised or pseudonymised.
- Recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data
As a rule, your personal data will not be passed on to any other bodies. If a translation of the completed questionnaire is required, it will be sent to an interpreter.
- Source of personal data
Personal data must always be collected directly from the data subject.
- Transfer of personal data to a third country
It is not intended to transfer your personal data to a third country or an international organisation. If this should be necessary in individual cases, you will be informed separately.
- Duration of storage of personal data
After collection, your data will be stored for as long as necessary (6 months). After this time, the data will be deleted.
- Rights of data subjects
If your personal data are processed, you have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you (Article 15 of the GDPR).
If inaccurate personal data are processed, you have the right to rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR). If the legal requirements are met, you may request erasure or restriction of processing as well as object to processing (Articles 17, 18 and 21 GDPR).
If you make use of your above-mentioned rights, the responsible person will check whether the legal requirements for this are met. To exercise your rights, please contact the Data Protection Officer.

According to Article 77(1) of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes data protection rules. The responsible supervisory authority has the following contact details:

- right of withdrawal in case of consent
If you have consented to the processing by the data processor by means of a corresponding declaration, you can revoke your consent at any time for the future with the data processor. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation is not affected by this.
